I'm not sure what experiences some of the above reviews were referencing when it comes to management because I have only had positive experiences with management in both of the departments I've worked with. I have never worked for a place that appreciates their employees as much as Embrace. No matter what your role is, you are just as important as everyone else you work with. The biggest part of it is, we all act as a team from the top down. As an adjuster, although I do not get the hands on part of working with animals, I am constantly learning more about vet med and still educating pet parents.Įmbrace has also greatly surpassed my expectations as a company. It has given me the opportunity to continue helping animals, but without the physical and mental strain of working in a clinic.
